To all our loyal customers

As many of you may already be aware it was announced March 6th that The Shade Store will be ceasing production operations here in Blackduck at the end of April.  This includes the “Anderson Quilt Shop”.  Due to this announcement, we will not be accepting any new orders for quilts.  We will continue to deliver on orders already in-house and will ensure those are completed prior to April 30th.  

Our parent company has expressed an interest in allowing the quilt shop to continue operation under new ownership if they are able to find a buyer for the business. We will keep you all updated as the future of our shop becomes clearer in the coming months.  In the meantime, please continue to stop by for all your quilting needs and we remain optimistic that we will be able to continue to serve you after the divestment by our current owners.
